  No smoking! Loved the atmosphere. Right on Broadway. Didn't here the noise from the streets. Service a bit slow to sometimes non-existant. This is why I rated a 3*

  This sports bar is great! The drinks are cheap for Broadway, and the food is excellent! You can't beat huge home made onion rings and great burgers. They also have live music, pool tables, ping ping and a really nice rooftop lounge. Why wait in line for one of the tourist trap places when you can walk right in and get a table? The staff is also great, super friendly and helpful! Definitely put this place on your to do list of places to stop while you are in Nashville especially if you want some really good food.

  You get to pick where you sit here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a live band and unlike other places, the music isn't overwhelming. Definitely coming here again.! Zach was very polite and made sure that the tables were clean and that the chairs were pushed in when nobody was using them.

  I hope to go back and have my mind changed about this place because it's such a refreshing change of pace from all the other bars being a sports bar instead of a music bar (don't get me wrong, I love both - just nice to see there ARE options on the strip LOL). The salads were awesome, and the spinach artichoke dip was really good, too. The mozzarella sticks were just okay, and they were out of the pretzels when we went there. It was a Sunday around 6:30pm with a basketball game on - March Madness. So I'm not sure if it's because of the game or what, but I was shocked to learn they'd run out, especially because it wasn't packed and we didn't have a wait. Our server was adequate. I read another review saying service could be "indifferent" and I think that's the perfect word for what we experienced.

  This restaurant has a lot going for it. Tons of TVs, great location and a menu with something for everyone. I would still say Bailey's is worth visiting to watch a game or as part of a bar crawl. The thing that keeps me from giving much endorsement is the service, which can range from indifferent to hostile. I guess the staff knows that they have a customer base made of largely tourists and visitors, so they're leaning into the quantity over quality method of hospitality. We get it, restaurant work is hard and comes with a host of indignities. I know first-hand. When service gets as consistently terrible as this place has, one of two things is typically to blame: 1) staff takes cues from the top, and the business has decided basic customer experience is secondary to the churn and burn, "we'll never see them again" model. 2) the work environment/culture instilled by management creates such a high rate of turnover, most staff has one foot out the door and checks out as a coping mechanism. Either way, it is management's issue to address. To be fair, this type of dynamic is found at many establishments catering to tourists. Bailey's is just the place I have had the most number of negative interactions. I may end up back at Bailey's, but not if I can help it.
