  This place has no customer service skills. I ordered a sandwich from the restaurant with special instructions. When I received my order there was a note saying the instructions where not met. I never received a phone call to verify if I still wanted my order. I was unable to eat the sandwich, a sandwich I have ordered had delivered previously. I would give zero stars if possible.

  I just ordered a High Baggins, which is an egg sandwich, for the first time. It was good until I got a whole section of egg shell, that kinda ruined it for me. Been eating there for years and it's good, but they can't seem to get the delivery process going smoothly. Also, we put in a group order in and either they have a huge delivery fee or they charge a fee per sandwich. I'll stick with Hopi and Sundown going forward, still grossed out.
