  Used to be good - but not anymore. They've downsized the sandwiches but charge more. Service is always slow - plan on waiting 10-15 min for a sandwich

  Been coming here for years. Tried many bagels in the bay. This is my favorite one. Best texture by far.

  So disappointed. Zero stars. Advertising online and on the property display 3:00 p.m. close, but when I arrived at 2:30 p.m. the doors were locked; no bagels displayed; and, chairs were atop of tables. Although there were employees in the shop they had clearly been closed for awhile.

  Bagels always taste good, coffee is good if you’re wanting a basic cup, but I had a giant hair in my nova lox! Was smushed right on the tomato and hanging out of it- gross! Everyone working had dark hair except one employee. She seemed flustered when she kept asking people what was on their order and asked me what other sandwich I had aside from what I ordered (only had one sandwich). Start with keeping all your hair pulled back, including the little side bits, and breath. I’ve never had any issue here so that’s why it’s 3 stars.

  Lots of bagel choices to choose from. Was there on Sunday morning, waited about 15 min. Amazing bagel, totally worth the wait. I had the hot pastrami on spinach Asiago bagel. Yum.
