  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I placed an order online today for Bagel Boy-3rd Ave Submitted: 05/09/2018 11:47am Expected Due: 05/09/18 12:27pm Order ID: 69368 I called 718-748-0366 at 1244pm to verify the reason why I did not recieved my order as my lunch break was almost over. The man that answered put me on hold for a while after locating my order which was only 2 salads. He then came on the phone unappologetic to say that the order was never pulled from the system and that if I wanted to he could prepare it and send it right away not offering myself and the Nurse in our office the order to be free. I told him to cancel the order on my card since our lunch break had finished and he said ok thank you and hanged up the phone. I JUST WANT TO SAY TO THE OWNER OF BAGELBOY PLEASE OFFER ALL EMPLOYEE TRAINING ON HOW TO GUVE QUALITY COUSTMER SWERVICE BECAUSE WE ARE REGULAR COUSTMERS AND ITS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL TO NOT ADMIT THAT YOU DID WRONG AND NOT OFFER TO COVER OUR BILL SINCE IT WAS YOUR BUINESS FAULT THAT WE NEVER GOT OUT MEALS FOR OUR LUNCH TIME. DISGUSTING WAY OF TREATING YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS .

  This place is great for a quick healthy meal. Wraps, salads and many more healthy options. By far they make the best salads around the area. The counter service is great, the staff are polite and fast. Try this place and you'll not be disappointed.

  Superlative bagel purveyors worth a trip from points throughout Brooklyn. Plump, airy, pillowy bagels with a hint of sweetness and ideal combination of crusty exterior with chewy yet firm insides. Homemade on premises always fresh given the popularity driven turnover that are nearly always warm and never in need of toasting. Store made schmears that are put on to near excess. Excellent salads, cold cuts, made to order sandwiches and very flavorful coffee. Also does catering.

  Literally amazing. We ate there 4 out of the 7 days we were in New York. And we each all got something different and it was always fresh and delicious. Strangers even asked me where I got my food while I was on the subway. The photos don't do it justice to how good this food is. It's for on the go. There is no place to sit except a bench outside, directly in the sun, so plan to take it somewhere.
