  These people were great at first. Absolutely top notch as far as their dentistry work. But like every dentist I've been, they seem completely and utterly incompetent when it comes to the regular everyday office stuff. I had no end of billing trouble, usually leaving me pay out of pocket because the office was unable to bill properly (leaving my expensive, dental 'insurance' completely useless). The one that I can't get past though is the fact that this office just can't seem to handle leaving messages on the right people's phones! It doesn't help me to leave a message on another person in my families phone! Since COVID-19 happened, I've had to push one appointment and had one pushed for me and today I missed making a pre-appointment phone call and I'm being dropped as a patient... you know.. that's for the better, because no matter how good the dentist is, if your FRONT OFFICE is a mess, no one like dealing with you.

  These dentists are great! Very professional, punctual, personable and respectful. I highly recommend!

  I've had a great experience with Dr. Bachicha and her office. They provide great care and are honest, unlike many other dentists that order unnecessary crowns.

  I have been going to this dentist for years; never missed any appointments till the last one. Now they treat me like a degenerate and have threatened me 3 times with charging me 50 if I missed another one. Such rude treatment doesn't deserve business.

  The lady who does Finance is horrible rude and sarcastic I've been going there for years and I put up with it for so many years. They need a teacher customer service skills and how to be professional for those who paid her paycheck I'm done with her being rude to me
