  After thoroughly researching Psychologist to evaluate my son with of course with the intent of building a relationship based on their recommendation / expertise, I reached out to Dr. Zaino and left a message since he had good rapport online. A couple of days later I get a call from a gentleman named Dan. He advised me that evaluations are not covered by insurance and that Dr. Zaino was pretty booked up, therefore, they could not assist. He did not offer to recommend another doctor in the practice or even advise of when the next appt would be - call just ends. I am happy this occurred because it does show me that this practice is not reliable and sense of urgency / genuine care with such a sensitive matter was not exhibited. It takes one experience like this to overshadow credibility. Although I do have private insurance, there is no price on my child’s medical care and if it was situation where we had an out of pocket expense, it would be my obligation as a parent to ensure the expense is covered. First impressions are lasting ones.... I gave 2 stars cause at least he had someone call me back.
