::Very good restaurant. Delicious food. I ate the Nagoya Ramon. Service excellent. Waitress very attentive, gave us plenty of time to look at the menu and make our choices and never had to ask for my water glass to be refilled. Chef/owner Tom Power knows how to cook and he is on the job every night. The Washington Post food critic gives both Baby Wake and Corduroy very good reviews.

::Pros: friendly staff, lots of space, something for basically everyone’s taste, one of the only places in the immediate vicinity that isn’t either really expensive or really trendy. Cons: Nothing about the place is special. The beer list was pretty standard, none of the cocktails piqued my interest, and the food we got (burgers and a lobster roll) was just a solid B. I wouldn’t avoid it, but wouldn’t go out of my way to go back.

::Loved how the wines were posted on the wall as old school concert publicity. Overall atmosphere is cosy, low-key, clean and inviting. Menu covers all the upscale bar food bases (and will leave you full for hours) and is well executed. Good food and drink, including some craft beer and wines from independent family companies. Best part : music volume low to encourage conversation 💕👍

::Amazing quality, wonderful staff and great environment. Have loved everything I’ve ordered in the many times I’ve been. The buffalo mozzarella porcupine is a particular standout, a unique preparation that looks as good as it tastes. The chicken as well is very delicious and worth the prep time wait. A great place to take groups for drinks, the decor and personalities working behind the bar make for a fun and imaginative environment.
