  Best store ever. Love buying our 10 month old son cloths, toys and baby food. Very sad to see it close down.

  Excellent location right off the I-5 and employees appear to be somewhat interested in helping you find items. Self serve baby registry conveniently located, but a pain to use as the touch screen doesn't work well. Prices are average and sales are decent. Only one register open with a line about 4 people deep and one cashier standing quietly in the customer service kiosk hoping to not be seen (you can pay at customer service counter). On the plus side, they have a convenient courtesy gift wrapping station located right by the exit.

  I went in this store Friday evening around 7:15 pm July 7th to look at baby car seats. Not a single sales associate came over to ask if I needed help. And I couldn't find anyone. The store looked to be very short on help. I have visited this store previously over the last several months and they were much better in terms of staff and help. That visit was during first shift hours and perhaps a different staff.

  Stopped here to pick up some things for our new grandson. This place had a lot to offer. Employees were very helpful. I was surprised and impressed that they had a place we're we could gift wrap our purchases. This was awesome since we were from our of town and gave us the opportunity to pick out, purchase, and wrap. We walked out of the store all set to give our gifts. We couldn't have been happier.

  Worst store ever. We have came here (because of convenience) probably 30 times. The line is always very long. They don't care about the customers. They mess up all the time. It's so time consuming and crazy to come to this store. Wish management wouldn't realize or change so the experience could possibly get better. It's been like this for 2 years.
