  Awesome coffee, great bagels, huge sandwiches, friendly staff, bobby behind the register is very friendly and always helpful. I go here 2 times a day religiously

  Horrible, I been here a few times every time is worse than the first. Spoiled food, past expiration date, rude service. I asked the guy in the cash register to tell me the price of things (I had cataracts back then) and he responded with " look at the price tag" in very rude manner. If i was able to see it I wouldn't had asked in the first place. Another time i asked him if they sold metro cards, and again he answered with such rudeness. Just to make it worse the packed food or canned food I bought from there have comed out expired or spoiled. I tried over and over again to give this place a chance. Everytime I been proven wrong, Im never going back there again.
