::I first booked services for my girlfriend at Azul MedSpa for Valentines Day and she loved it! She told me her experience was phenomenal and they have the best staff ever! This beautiful facility is conveniently located in the heart of the city in the Posh Peachtree area. She now goes every month and stresses that the staff is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable each time. I highly recommend this spa over any other hands down after hearing about her glowing visits. She is never disappointed...Thanks again to everybody at Azul!

::I agree with the other review its very difficult to support a business when they are unprofessional. I called to inquire about details for my appointment as I had not received confirmation yet. The woman who answered hung up on me the first time and the second time answered "hello" with no introduction. Am I calling a business or not? As I was inquiring about the appt I made there was a "director" in the background nastily dictating info to me via the poor receptionist. It would have made more sense and would have been better protocol for the "Director" to just hop on the phone herself to answer my questions or give me a call back. There is nothing worse than feeling like a burden before you even get a service. No thanks, ATL is a huge city, I can spend my coins elsewhere.

::If i could leave 0 stars I would. I normally don’t even leave reviews but I have to inform people of this unprofessional business! First they sent me a confirmation email of my appointment three days ago, I confirmed and was under the impression o was good to go for my upcoming appt. The address AND number they sent me was wrong. When i got to the address they sent me I paid $7 to park and walked up and down peachtree st trying to find their establishment, i called and called the number that was provided and no answer. I finally looked on google and seen a another number, I talked to a guy asking for directions and he tells me it NW not SW.. So now I’m aggravated I specifically ask the guy ok well would i have to pay to park at your location he said no because we are in a plaza.. I get to be new address guess what, it’s another parking garage i had to pay to park in.. I called asking to specific directions the lady couldn’t even help me she didn’t even know how to tell me to get to the shop. I finally find it sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes only for them to come and tell me that Azul was not in today!!!!!! So i wasted my time and had to pay $10 parking at the new address only for y’all to have me sitting here for no reason! I am pissed! You try to support black owned business and they ALWAYS fail you!
