  Terrible experience. And now I've paid for concrete stain floors that look terrible and I have to pay thousands of dollars to fix. Owner offered no concessions for a horrible job and after multiple phone calls, has never come back to take a look at the disgusting floors. They are basically gray concrete (they were supposed to be chocolate brown) with a cloudy film all over that creates dust all over the house. The few spot with stain just look like we spilled something on the floor.
