  They are charging an upfront service call fee by credit card $50 before they even come to your home. They also claim to be located at 509 Central Drive in Azle, which happens to be the address of the Jack in the Box. Clearly trying to confuse people with Azle Appliance Repair, which is a real company with a real location on Main Street.
