::Has practically everything a home DIY could ever want. Prices are good and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Great resource to have in your neighborhood.

::If they don't have it, you probably don't need it.

::I can't speak highly enough of this place! One would think that a small store like this would not be able to compete with nearby places like Home Depot, but actually, it not only outdoes them in helpfulness and service, it actually has a MUCH better selection of tools and chemical solutions (Flitz Polish, Brasso, things like that) and its prices beat anywhere else I have seen. The ONLY reason I still sometimes go to Home Depot is for large-scale building materials and things like mulch that a smaller place can't have due to space concerns. For anything else, this is my destination.

::My last visit, I walked in and collected a disparate group of household and hardware items in a few minutes that you could have easily spent over an hour locating in a big box store. Such is the power of Ayers. Yes, the things may have cost a little more than at the big box store. Among the things they have: sewing notions that you don't have to go to increasingly rare fabric stores to obtain, greeting cards that aren't smutty, and household products that have been pushed off the shelves at mainstream grocery stores. I think my blood pressure goes down ten points every time I walk in there.
