::The port authority is really huge and you can lose a person in there lol. Seriously! If you are meeting friends be very specific as to where you are meeting them. Luckily there are information centers on almost every floor and aside from the greyhound buses you can also catch the subway here.

::The bus terminal is much cleaner and safer than it was in the 80's and 90's. There are several good places to grab a quick bite to eat, but if you're not getting on a bus or the subway, there is really no reason to pass through here. However, if you must, I recommend the Duane Reade. They have everything from aspirin and souvenirs to fresh fruit and cold beer.
