  The agent at this location, Lenny, was great! He was friendly and helpful and got us a car quickly. Our trip had gotten off to a rocky start with flight and train delays, but a positive experience at this location improved our day and got our trip back on track. Definitely recommend.

  Worst company have ever delt with, they held over 400$ of my money and wouldn't release it in time for us to rent a car. The actual employees at this branch were not helpful and manager was rude and condisending. Will never do business with Avis again
