  I have rented cars here multiple times and the overall experience is been very satisfying. The service is good, quick and the cars are in great condition. The lady at the front desk, she's nice and very understandable specially when it comes to a last minute rental.

  Terrible customer service skills at this location. Employees are rude and give you no choice in vehicle selection. They even give you a vehicle with insufficient documentation, like missing inspection sticker. Avoid this one.

  I would give zero star. The employees here are extremely rude. They will give you worst car in your booked type. No choice. Most importantly, check the car hundred times before moving it out. They will try their best to use your insurance for the damage you didn't notice. Avoid the company!!! Check the yelp review. Other customers also had unbelievable bad experience.
