::Lugar conveniente para alugar um carro. A Avis geralmente tem bons carros com preços melhores que os de outras concorrentes de grande porte. Alguns carros já são bem rodados, mas nunca tive problemas com eles, além de serem limpos e bem cuidados. Além disso, em NY eles não cobram por pegar o carro em um lugar e devolver em outro.

::I blocked in my pickup/return dates for the Thanksgiving holiday well in advance, but forgot to go back and adjust until the last minute. I wasn't able to make changes on the website or over the phone, but on a whim I decided to go in person, and the agent behind the counter was able to give me a car on the spot, and set me up with a rental for the ideal duration. Thanks - you saved Thanksgiving!

::Last minute, one day weekend rental. Check-in took literally three minutes. No surprise fees or costs. The car was ready to go when I arrived, and it was very clean inside (outside needed a wash but don't care). Unlike other rental places, Saturday hours allow for flexible pick/up and drop of times (7am -7pm). The garage was simple to exit and enter, with a prepaid card provided by Avis. Plus, you don't get gouged on the provided EZ Pass ($3.95 per day, no prior activation needed, good for all toll systems). Drop off was just as convenient: took 3 minutes, and I expect to get reimbursed for the extra gas that I pumped in. Would definitely use them again.

::at returning the car they charged my card charges and fees with out asking or explaining before. and when i asked the reason, they told me we cant do anything... if you are looking for service make a different choice...

::I received the truck I requested, a Lincoln Navigator. It was clean and beautiful, like brand new. There were no mileage restrictions. My UFT/AFT discount was accepted, which saved me almost $400.00! The staff was very friendly and efficient. Pick up and drop off was quick and easy-no hassles. I will only rent from Avis in the future!
