  Nick Avila is a very nice man! He (fortunately, for the obvious) didn't actually represent me, but only because it wasn't necessary, he listened to the issue I was having with my landlord and after getting all the information together he advised my course of action. I can finally move on with my life. He was able to take a huge weight off me with just one phone call. I didn't pay him. I don't even know if he knows my name, but he actually told me if I had more questions to call him back! Its getting to be more and more rare to find someone with ginuwine concern for other people, especially for someone they've never met, and I was pleasantly surprised today to find that there are still exceptions.
