  I always take my 2005 Toyota truck to Julio- he's reasonable with prices, always available to talk and explain things, and most recently, didn't charge me while we were troubleshooting some issues with my radiator leaking fluid. Tony the repair guy is great, and knows his stuff.

  Called ahead to see if someone could look at my car and was told, "Yes". Limped my car all the way there. Got there, and was then told by someone else that my car couldn't be looked at until later in the week. The mechanic who was supposed to show up just didn't. The person I had spoke to on the phone had magically disappeared. How can you trust a place if they don't get the first impression right? Probably never going back.
