  I noticed the place while using the tailor across the street. I didn't expect much since it's very hard to find a good massage! Well I found it! I have only used the Massage Therapist named Kate . It was an excellent massage and I highly recommend it!

  I purchased a Groupon for a massage and facial and when I called to book the appointment, I was told that I could not come in on any Saturday as they are too busy and will not accept Groupons on Saturday’s. Horrible customer service. I’m glad I never wasted my time at this establishment.

  My daughter bought me a Groupon to the Red Bell Spa. I had no idea how much I needed this massage until Stella started working on my back. I couldn't have been any tighter. She immediately understood it and tried several techniques to loosen up the unyielding muscles. The technique she used would not be for the sensitive, but for me, it did much good. Even so, there were still some stubborn knots of stress. Stella asked if I wanted hot stones (which would be an additional fee) and I said yes, because I knew I needed those muscles to release. By the end of the hour, my back felt normal for the first time in a long time, my breathing opened up and I found myself laughing with pleasure. I loved the hot towel massage, the stretching, the massage with oils, the hot stones... all of it. This place isn't high-end, but it is definitely highly therapeutic. Only when I looked on the internet did I learn that the technique used is Ayurvedic. To me, it made the difference. When I told my husband, who has never had a massage, he immediately asked me to set up an appointment. I can't wait to see Stella again. One more point that was very important to me - I liked that no product was pushed on me during the session, as has happened at other places. Even when I asked about the products while paying, Stella said we could talk about it next time. In retrospect, I'm glad to have a chance to research the products first.

  The worst massage experience ever!! They made us pay first before the service. That should have been a warning. Paid for a couples massage. The room was average not fancy. Never asked what type of massage or level of intensity. Two days later we are still sore. I did ask the young woman to ease up but she would for awhile then go back to intense. I could barely relax. On top of their lack of professionalism, the woman left me twice without closing the door behind her. Never saying she needed to step away. She had to tend to other customers coming in. My massage was never extended for the time lost. It ended the same time as my significant other. He was more gracious than I would have been, because he still gave them an undeserved tip.

  I called 4 times on 4 different days, during business hours and not, and left messages to try and set up an appointment. Nobody ever called me back.
