  Worst Mother’s Day experience! For $50 Flower arrangement I got 9 daisies and a lot of babies breath. They gave me different arrangements from what I ordered. No way I’m coming back here

  I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. Hours later I called to confirm delivery to be told there is a minimum purchase required for delivery. This is not posted anywhere on their website. Then I was told the delivery area was too far, also no delivery restrictions on the website. I am not for the area so I Googled the location distance to find out it was only 10 minutes away. I was told a manager would call me back and never received a call back. After many calls later I received an email stating I was going to receive a refund. I have 2 problems with this situation. 1st. I had to call to find out the items weren't going to be delivered and 2nd by the time I found out the delivery was not going to happen, I could not get same day delivery from any other service. The lady who I spoke with customer service was horrible, her excuse for this is they were busy. Once she saw the order she knew weather it could be filled and if the delivery could be made. My contact information was left so there is no excuse for not contacting me. I still haven't received a call from management.

  I ordered flowers for a wake. I was very specific with what I ordered, a vase filled with tulips, nothing else, just tulips. In fact there was such an arrangement shown on the merchant's website and I told the owner that was what I wanted. The flowers delivered didn't even have a tulip among them. There was also a bow made from cheap paper ribbon which I did not want included in the arrangement. If you are ok with dealing with someone who doesn't listen and just gives you want they want then go ahead and use them. If you expect to get what you asked for then don't use this florist.

  Wonderful service, selection and pricing. I liked the fact of no additional fees for local delivery or wire fees. I have not been sending flowers as often mainly because you'll select a reasonable arrangement but then get slammed with so many service and delivery fees I will just not send them. Opting to make a charitable donation instead. I would use Ava's again and will gladly recommend others do the same!! Thank you Ava's Rainflorist !!!!!!!😊😊😊

  My organization hosted a delegation reception gala and we booked from Ava's Rainflorist. I want to say this is the best decision we made. Our schedule was pretty tight and there were some last minute changes. The owner Karl is super easy to work with, extremely professional. He has all the skills to fulfill your needs and deliver the finest work in a very competitive price. At the end of the event, our guests even took all the flowers home. I would recommend this shop to anyone, Karl will be your best choice.
