::Zero stars. They not only didn't deliver same day, when they delivered the next day it was not the flowers I ordered nor the chocolates I ordered. Also, the advertised prices are a joke. I picked an arrangement that was $38 but that doesn't include the service fee which was $18. I feel like a fee that high is not nominal and should be mentioned in the price somewhere. Avoid at all costs. They are not family run. The call center I called was actually overseas.

::DO NOT BUY!!! This is by far one of the WORST businesses I have ever dealt with! I searched for local florists and this was at the top so I called and they said they were local to my area. Turns out they’re not. I wanted to secure some flowers for my wife’s birthday so I went ahead and ordered because the person on the phone said I could cancel no problem if I ended up changing my mind. I did change my mind because they ended up costing $82 (way overpriced) and when I called to cancel they refused to give me a full refund because of a “service fee”. I asked what the service fee was for and he said it was for the handling and delivery of flowers. Well I literally just placed the order, so no flowers have been handled or delivered, why can’t I get my full refund??? Spoke to two separate people and they refused. I then read reviews online and was horrified at their lack of quality of flowers, and at their terrible customer service. I called back and told them to just give me he refund anyway and that they could keep their $19 “service fee”, because I’d rather my wife get a quality product than what they’re delivering. The man that gave me the cancellation order number said half the numbers in Spanish so who knows what the heck my cancellation number is. The icing on the cake was the next day I got an email saying my order was scheduled to be shipped and confirmed for delivery today. I called back frustrated that my order wasn’t even cancelled, but turns out it was and that their system just doesn’t “update” to reflect any changes to the order. I wish I would have investigated this before purchasing through them. They stole $19 from me and will from you with no shame!

::I ordered the "You're an Angel" bouquet for a friend who was retiring from the health care industry. This bouquet seemed perfect. Contemporary clear square vase with beautiful white daisies and coral colored carnations. Instead they delivered a dozen red roses. I emailed them telling them that what she received is NOTHING like what I ordered. I got an email response stating that they informed me ahead of time that they were changing to "farm fresh" order and that they sent 2 dozen pink roses because the arrangement I selected is not available...I went on this morning and they are still offering it?? So they said they replaced it with 2 dozen when in fact they replaced it with 1 and they send an email telling me they deposited X# of points in my account for a future order.....I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering.....they portray as a local florist...not local and did not get what I ordered at all! VERY disappointing!

::If you look up a local florist, this website comes up. They are not local. They WILL mess up your order, just like mine. They will NOT fix it after they mess it up. My order was sent to the wrong address, which I then called to explain the situation and they told me to reorder the flowers. Instead of being helpful, I just was told it was my fault and they weren't going to fix it. Don't be fooled, this is not a local florist.

::I did an Internet search for "florists in Litchfield Park AZ" and Avas Flowers was one of the results. Thinking it was a local florist, I went to the website and I ordered an arrangement in the afternoon based on the website indicator that "same-day" delivery service was available. Because the confirmation page said it used a credit card ending "0", I called the local number to make sure the payment went through because my credit card number does not end in "0". That was straightened out and I asked if it was still "same-day" delivery and was told "yes" and the conversation ended. I received a phone message later that same day that delivery could not be made so I called and was told the trucks had already gone out and mine would be pushed to first delivery the next day. By 2pm the next day it had not been delivered and your representative called whoever the local florist is that you contracted out to, they did not answer so your representative left a message telling them to make sure they made the delivery. The delivery was made around 5pm, not the first of the day as I was promised when told the original promise of "same day delivery" could not be met. I will say the flower arrangement was very pretty; however, the quality of the product is far overshadowed by the poor service. I am highly dissatisfied with the service and will never use Ava's Flowers again. Had I known that Ava's Flowers was going to contract out my order, I would not have used them but found an actual local florist that I could speak with directly.
