  Ruby was fantastic. I wasn’t able to find the color they used the first time and they couldn’t find it, kept no record of it, gave me a color that turned out to be the wrong color then charged me $20 for a color re do, which I thought was unfair. I found the woman at the front desk - who seemed to set the rules and who I felt was very cold. red

  They are an amazing nail, wax, and massage spa. I have never had a bad experience with them, and my family goes all the time. Nima (sp?) does my mothers nails and is the most friendly woman you could ever meet. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to do a spa day, or even just get their nails done.

  Given the location and price I was expecting at minimum decent customer service for a mani- pedi. In addition to being surprised with a $10.50 charge to remove my gel polish, I had polish remover sitting on my nails so long it burned and when I expressed that it was burning I was met with an attitude and then was asked to place my hands inside a bowl of remover instead -which only further aggravated the burning. The good news- my polish color was pretty.
