  Location is accessible to public transportation. Leasing personnel are friendly and responsive to questions. Front desk people are courteous, helpful, and professional. Maintenance people are efficient and fix stuff on a timely manner. Mostly students and young professionals. Amenities are good (swimming pool, gym, and business area). With the size of the apartment complex, its amazing how the personnel were able to keep up with everything!

  Marco from maintenance team was very professional, solve all issues promptly and was very polite while doing so. He made sure everything was working by doing multiple tests before leaving. Very good job!!!

  This building is great and the services it offers even better. The concierge team is top notch and the personnel very helpful. Daymeyn has been very helpful and friendly since day one.

  The building is bad, it’s terrible. Made a maintenance request and nobody showed up for 16 hours. You call the maintenance, they will tell you contact the leasing office, you contact the leasing office, they will tell you we called the maintenance, but still nobody showed up. The concierge are not helpful. They make you feel like you live in a building without a concierge service or somebody to help you at the front desk. Gym is old and sucks. Expect to see a lot of booze in the hallways and in the elevator. Expect to see a lot of downs in every aspect in living in this building.
