::My basic ' go to' auto parts store..... Every now and then, they give me a wrong part...yet easily make things right with either x-changing for correct part or issuing a refund... Most staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous....Downside is seems to be short staffed as wait times can vary between immediate help/checkout to 20-25min. Wait...

::While driving to work I got a low oil warning from my car.. of course the hubs was out of town so off to the auto zone I went! I really had no idea what I needed or how to do it but was too worried to keep driving. Tyler who works there was SO SO nice and helpful! He helped me figure out the right oil to buy and then also came outside and put it in my car for me. I was very appreciative of his help- Thank you Tyler and thanks auto zone!
