  Every time I call they put me on hold and never answer it’s happened to me 3 different times guy on phone is really rude asks if I can be put on hold and before I can answer sure he already has me on hold. Don’t call these people I recommend Maine and Williams or Gilbert and southern because this one has the worst staff I went in for a part that they didn’t have and I had to ask what store in the area had it compared to any other store they tell you right off the bat as of writing this I’ve been on hold for 12 minutes already

  I came to this autozone because my check engine light came on. My car is new and I was upset. Not having a lot of money i was so afraid what the machine would read once they connected to my car. Thank God only 2 codes came up. One about my thermostat which scared me and two needing antifreeze the wonderful gentlman I forgot his name had a mustache and Hispanic..was absolutely AMAZING!! He showed me what it could be...showed me the right antifreeze to buy and helped me price match!!! He helped me every step of the way! He didn't just leave me hanging. The entire staff were wonderful and friendly. Being a single mom who does know about cars sometimes gets scary due to finances or men thinking we don't know nothing about cars. He treated me with respect and dignity. Ill never go any where else. They also recommended to me great mechanics. Now my check engine light is off and I'm no longer stressed. Thank you all at autozone in mesa on southern you're all AWESOME
