  Great store, just don't expect all of the staff to know things about cars and or car parts. They are just reading what the computer says. Know what you are looking for and you be great.

  Nice, clean and organized store. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s not as big as other Autozone stores but you will find the essentials. Parking is free and available here.

  The guy who helped me get a new battery for my 2006 Honda Pilot was the absolute best; I wish I would have gotten his name. He helped me learn how to install the battery for the next time. I love to learn and this was a great learning experience. Will recommend this AutoZone and the AutoZone in Communipaw Ave in Jersey City to anyone that needs car improvements and/or has any car concerns.

  I love Auto zone and the staff is always helpful, however at this particular store I was lied to and the employee made up a policy to dismiss me quickly. I left a complaint to the AutoZone directly and I was not contacted back. Truly disappointed. Still have yet to resolve my issue or even get acknowledgement...
