  My experience has been horrible. I ordered parts online for pickup from this location, since it was the closest. It has been nothing but problems. My wife originally went to pick the parts up a week ago, and they told her that without her ID and Credit Card she would not be allowed to pick them up. I then, went to pick them up a day later, and I was told, they did not even have my order listed (They even asked if I wanted to reorder the parts). I went home and printed the invoice to clarify that I had indeed made a purchase, and my (wife) went back to pick them up (since I asked her to call and I have no phone, knowing the type of problems people cause). They then told her, that the parts were already picked up, and she would have to wait on the manager who signed off on it. She has returned twice since and was told he wasn't there, and then was out to lunch. I do not know what caused this predicament, but I would suggest caution and care when going to this location. It may just be, because I am not Hispanic.

  It was a nice a freindly experience, I can't find the tools I needed but an associate realy helped where else to get it.
