  The service and knowledge of the ppl workin nights could improve but other than that they always have what i am looking for.

  worse auto parts store ever. cant seem to charge a battery when the battery was left there for hours to be charged. going to O'Reilly's from now on, the employees there are a lot more customer active and more willing to actually tell the customer the truth if the battery has been charged or not oh and most important they actually have a working knowledge of auto mechanics

  I had to wait 20 minutes before anyone helped me and they didn't do that very well. I could understand if it was busy, but there was a total of 4 people in the store. One guy saw me looking around completely lost and walked the other way. Another was on the phone the whole time I was there and didn't come up front once to help assist anyone.

  Our battery ran down, while sitting in our car, due to an accident. The officers were very nice helping to charge it. We drove immediately (11:45pm) to AutoZone where the man had to remove a terminal also to replace battery. HE service was excellent!! AutoZone should pay these guys a lot more!! Thanks!!
