  My visit was a quick one and love it. My truck battery after 2 years went dead. I brought it to them to check it out and was told it's completely dead. They ask me for my number and gave me another one for free. I didn't know it was still under warranty and was ready to pay for a new one. Thanks for being honest and friendly.

  At least 20 AutoZone's Im close to but always use Burleson 1

  I had purchased a battery for my Chevy, which they happily put into my vehicle. Yesterday, my car didn’t start. A pro came and charged my battery and stated the battery was the reason. I drove right to Auto Zone and told them, what I just told you. The lady asked my phone number and looked up the date of sale of the battery. She went back and got a new battery and essentially said,”Here.” I asked how much I owed knowing it was at least a year since I bought the battery. She said,”It’s in the free period! You going to put it in here?” I replied that they had put it in last time. She stated she only had one other person working there. Momentarily a guy came out in about five minutes, put in my battery then without speaking to me, ran back in the store. They gave me a new battery and put it in for although they were extremely busy. They didn’t seem thrilled about doing it. But they did it and didn’t charge me. I didn’t have to argue. They were just in time Crunch. Five stars!
