  Very helpful staff, prices are competitive and affordable, parking is tight, but overall experience is good

  Went in for a tool, asked the lady behind the counter for help. She was rude and not willing to help me locate the tool. Went to oreilys, they helped me look for the tool. Turns out they didnt carry it so they overnighted the tool to my store of choice no problem.
