::I’m not sure what has happened but, the customer service here is bad! The weather is pretty inclement where I am. One of my windshield wipers broke off of my vehicle due to freezing temperatures. I decided to come here. I walked in. There was a man in his mid 40s helping customers check out. I was standing in line behind another person. The man finished with the customer in front of me and proceeded to help another lady who wasn’t in line. She was grabbing windshield wipers as well and he decided to help her instead. He never acknowledged me. The lady proceeds to get in front of me and the man checked her out. Another gentleman walked into the store and the man didn’t acknowledge me again. I was completely taken back by this man’s actions. This type of service is UNACCEPTABLE! No matter what or who comes into a place of business. If a patron is being respectful as well as ready to purchase product, how dare you pick and choose who you want to help. It is RUDE and this guy should be fired! If there was a reason why the man didn’t want to help me, he should’ve made that clear. We never had any type of communication. He just ignored me like I wasn’t there. There are plenty other auto zones in the area. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.

::Rarely write reviews but I went in on a busy Sunday afternoon to get a new battery for my truck. I was immediately helped by the GM. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I wish I’d have gotten his name. In management of a retail Powersports store I am constantly measuring customer experience at other retailers. I’d put this guy on my team in an instant!
