  Came in to but breaks for my 150 Ford cargo van, the cashier lady was impatient and somewhat silently rude with her facial expressions as I tried to answer some of the questions she was asking that I wasn’t prepared to answer. Usually the cashiers at places like these don’t mind helping, but this one in particular was also telling other customers it would be a ten minute wait time to be assisted even though there was only one person ahead of me and one person waiting with a battery. I saw two working personnel so I guess they were short staffed. The lack of assistance and unfriendliness caused me to go over one block to Advanced Auto Parts. I went there and the cashier was glad to assist and even came outside to see take a look at the van to find the model and other needs. I purchased the breaks and moved about my day. Maybe it was just an isolated experience with AutoZone, and will think twice about going there when I have a few more options on the same block.

  Good folks work at the Cleveland Ave AutoZone, although they could probably use another person or two on staff most of the time. They have a solid selection of parts and since this is Memphis (AutoZone headquarters!), just about everything you could need is available in a day or two. The store and parking lot are clean, and the staff seems really helpful if you need it.

  Food good. Service catastrophically slow. Never go for a quick lunch
