  Horrible would not give store credit or a full refund on rotors and break pads i bought 2 months ago reason i was returning not happy or satisfied they wore out to fast

  Auto Zone at N. Carrier.... Christie is one of the best managers that this auto zone has had she is friendly and great at customer service. She has went out of her way to make sure I get parts I need and other things that is really appreciated. Nellie as well is cool as cool-aid. I have been a customer there for over 17 years and I guarantee I've spent way over 50gz in that auto zone restored numerous cars and loads of batteries so it's nice to be appreciated.   Had battery check....it was badd.....replaced for free.....can't beat that with a ugly stick....lol

  I do Business with two Auto Zones in Grand Preirie,Tx the one on 303/corn valley good service but the one on carrier close to Hwy 20 I am very happy with the customer service . I was going to call the district to let them know that they went beyond the service.

  These guys are really awesome. They know what they're talking about and they're real with you. They don't pressure you into buying something you don't really need like other car shops.
