  I walk in a guy ask me “can I help you” I tell him what I need specifically and he points me to a wall and says there’s the universals...I say yes but how will I know which one will fit? No answer. Usually they will look my car up in the computer system and tell me exactly what I need. But this guy is just there to collect checks, not to help people. Won’t be back.

  This location is always meeting nice usually always answers if you call to look up a part great spot if you're trying to DIY repairs on your car they're usually knowledgeable I'm going about doing something you've never done and also free check engine light scans

  Poor customer service !!!! I called to ask if they had the type of a battery for my car and the guy was asking me questions I really didn't know so as I was trying to find what he was asking ; he got an attitude and gave me deep sigh as if I'm wasting his time ! When all I was trying to do was see if they had something before I drove!!! So I hung up. A part of me wanted To go up there and let his manger know what kind of sorry ass employee you have working but I just decided to write my review. Never going there or calling them again. Sorry ass
