This company has wasted my time way too many times. They've recommended parts that don't fit on several occasions even though I've given the exact year, make, and model. They have also assured me that a part was on hold for me at other further locations but when I arrive, "their inventory is wrong" and they don't have it. I understand computers mess up sometimes, but I would think it's a pretty common customer service skill to physically check if a product is there before wasting someone's time and gas. If it had happened once, it would be different but they've put me in this situation multiple times and it's getting old. It's not even just this location either...

I had to come here to get my back stop light fixed, as well as getting some antifreeze in my car. Roy T, was a great help! He installed my light, as well as applying the antifreeze in my car even when it wasn’t apart of the service. Good quality people are hard to come across! He did a great job & deserves a raise! Very helpful, and quick!

This location is open later, it may be some sort of distribution location. They tend to have more parts available than the locations where I live. The first time I visited this location, I had ordered my parts online. When I arrived I told the man that I ordered some hoses online and showed him my printed confirmation number. He went to look in the back. After about 15 minutes at the counter, a woman approached and asked me what I needed. She literally turned around in place and grabbed the hoses off the shelf. No big deal, maybe he got lost looking in the wrong place. As I leave, he is smoking with some friends at the side of the building. Second time, I give year make and model. She asks me what the make is again, I tell her again. She asks me who makes Mazda. I said Mazda. She says "Mazda makes Mazda?". I guess ma'am, Mazda is the make. You can't make this stuff up. She was friendly, and it didn't kill my experience, just a little shocked that someone at an auto parts store doesn't know that Mazda is a vehicle manufacturer.
