  In the middle of driving my steering went out. I was able to make it to this Auto zone because it was a str8 line from where I was. I went in and bought some steering fluid and asked a question about my radiator. The lady answered but had a strange attitude. Wasn't welcoming. When I went out to my truck to put the fluid in, after finishing I went to crank my truck up it was dead. I went back in asked the man if he or anybody else could give me a boost. He said "naw we ain't got the cables or whatever". I said I have cables. He mumbles something and he goes behind the counter and gets this chargeable jump box that wasn't charged. He said "ion know if this gon do it" and walks out with me. I told him thank. He hooks the jump box up and tell me to try to crank. He let me attempt to crank up the truck twice and then says "this really ain't charged ask one of the customers" and starts to walk away. I thank him as he is walking away. All while all of this was happening he was eating an order of Popeyes Cajun rice. I'm not even mad just really disappointed. All the money I have spent over the years at AutoZone and I can't even get a boost so that I can get home. I am currently sitting in my truck in the parking lot trying to call and find someone to help me with a boost so that I can get home. Once I get home,I will try to find the corporate info for AutoZone when I get home so that I can write about my horrible experience. They were rude and looking me up and down from the moment I walked in to buy the steering fluid in guess because maybe I don't look like I'm from around here. I will never visit any AutoZone again and any spend money or refer any of my customers here. From my truck right, I see them with no customers, just sitting behind the registers talking. Horrible.

  Long line. Didn't have nothing I needed. Customer service was ok.
