::If a customer takes a battery service, it 8:30 am. The customer returns at 5:30 pm, and you tell them it's not ready at 49% charge...this means you cant do the job period! It's a 1 hour- 3 hour if your busy and you don't tell a customer lies.... get your battery and walk away from there try another location

::Per the usual AutoZone experience in El Paso, I needed to buy one quick item but they never have enough people working the register so I had to stand at the front of the store for five min before anyone noticed I was ready to check out. Also not the friendliest service but not terrible either, so I dub the three stars.

::My name is Aldo Sanchez I have two kids with autism and previously employed here. I think this is a good way to express myself with this company and specific store. Management is very unfair specifically Stephanie and Gary. Despite how i look and speak i always issued good customer service and ensured my daily task plus extra was completed. I always communicated with management about days i needed to take my son's to therapy, doctor appointments, etc. I made sure to give two week notice and turn in any medical notes requested. I feel it is very unprofessional to have management blame any employee who leaves for missing items from the store. I am not the first to leave this store as an employee and be blamed for missing merchandise. Any time an employee is fired or resigns that person is blamed for missing items however missing items continue to happen. I encourage loss prevention to come to my home check my vehicles and home. I assure you my new vehicles still have the stalk batteries and not the AutoZone brand. My time working there I never mentioned my missing hours. I still have not gotten paid. When anyone brought up missing hours they were told that Gary the district manager had to correct them. He would turn around and say that Stephanie the store manager was at fault. They would give the run around. Everyone would be missing one or two hours from every check or not paid their overtime hours. The reason i am no longer employed, I told my manager and every single manager two weeks in advance that i would be starting my new job the Monday when the kids went back to school. This happened in mid December. The first Sunday of January i was handed my schedule and told i could not make changes to my schedule and needed to give two week advance notice which i did. I already knew i would be let go from this store. I didn't call in the days missed because i did give advance notice. I only hope that this does not go against me with my employment with AutoZone and not rehired. I am not afraid of upper management and voicing my concerns not only for myself but future employees. I hope they get the proper training needed to run the store and company.
