  The place is always busy , not enough employees , and some employees there have horrible customer service. Hire more people . Big company like yours making big profits it's not gonna hurt to hire extra employee or two !!

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE; Went in to purchase break pads and the staff member gave us the rear pads when we requested the front ones. Returned the store later that day only to be dealt with attitude and lack of staff competency. When exchanging for the front pad, we were told by the staff member that the warranty was Not lifetime wear and tear. After confirming with their manager or whoever the that guy was (European looking guy with gray hair and glasses) he gave us an attitude saying "YOU ALREADY ASKED THREE PEOPLE WHY ARE YOU ASKING US AGAIN?!" Really now, we come back after YOUR STAFF MEMBER F'ed up and YOU give us an attitude? Unfortunately this is the only store nearby and I will have to go back to them eventually; hopefully I can just get what I need without high expectations. The staff was trying to be polite, I actually feel bad for them.

  Helping people. I had a problem with new wipers I went to 86 Street Brooklyn store and a old guy put the rain coat fix my car wipers. I appreciate AutoZone who have these helping people.

  The store is messy and the representatives are not very knowledgeable. It's a bit more expensive compare to online prices. The reason I would purchase from AutoZone is that I can get professional help in terms of the best option of parts to get. But there's no point when the representatives are not helpful at all.

  -1⭐ Lack of products -1⭐ Lack of service -1⭐ Lack of leadership Staff just standing around Chatting among each other When customers are in the store Shopping and looking for assistance. Pretty funny when you walk in Stand by the front door and just Observe the whole room while everyone Proceed to doing what ever is they doing. Just left and went to another Establishment where they are serious of conducting businesses 💯 NOT ZIPPING COFFEE 😕
