  Very bad service. One guy named saiful, very low customer service, he doesnt know anything.

  It's a nice, well-stacked shop. Sometimes the workers don't have answers to mechanical questions but they eventually look it up and help find what you need.

  help was great. prices! seriously! I went across the street to a smaller local parts store and got the same part for $55 not the $119 AutoZone quoted.

  Very in organized, slow and not customer savy. Manager does not want to help if something is defective. Employees willing to help but managements needs to be trained or changed.

  They were friendly and helpful. One thing I didn't like, I bought a car battery and noticed felt pads and dielectric gel attached. ( I'm thinking, nice they do the right thing for the $145.00 I'm paying) When I looked at my receipt at home I was charged $3.49 for them. Not a huge problem but they SHOULD inform you of the upcharge. I find that practice sneaky.
