  I was in a car accident and my car was towed to this place. Their customer service over the phone is really bad. When I called to ask when can I pick up the belongings of the car, they told me to go in the next day at 8:00am. When I call the next day at 8:00am to go over I was told to go at 9:00am because they were not open yet. Then I called a 4 days later to ask about the release form and the lady who sttended me over the phone her name is Francis was "very rude" told me they didnt work on weekends and to call back on the week and hung up on me before I had a chance to explain what was my call about. They are always in a rush to get you off the phone, so do not even bother to call, they cannot provide any information but the time they open and close.
