  Great service and place to buy your Infinity :) Nima is a great sales rep- very polite and respectful. He provided us with an excellent customer service and made sure we were happy with our purchase, also followed up multiple times after we already drove off the lot to make sure all was well. Highly recommend this Infinity dealer in Tustin.

  I am very happy with the service at Infinity Tustin. Mike at the service dept. was extremely helpful. They always try to make taking the car in for a maintenance as seamless as possible. Since they didn't have a loaner they paid for an Uber to take me to where I needed to go and then pick me up to take me back to the dealership when my car was ready, which was washed and ready to go when I got there. It was really nice because it was super easy. Mike sent me a text with a link for an Uber and I just activated the link when I was ready for my ride! I didn't have to wait around the dealership.

  Frank made the repairs and questions I had go so smoothly. After a long drive into Irvine I decided to stop by the dealership to check out a repair that only the Infinity group could fix. Frank took it upon himself to check the warranty and discovered that it was up within 2 weeks of expiration and there were two recalls. I scheduled an appointment for the next week. Arrived at 8AM; a rental car was "at the curb" for me. Car done by 11:30AM and washed! Customer service appears to be their top priority. Everyone I encountered had a smile and was helpful.

  Good buying experience. I purchased a used car and they use a fixed price policy that provided a fair price and eliminated the price negotiation hassle. My sales rep was very helpful and followed through on everything that I asked of him. There were a couple of minor issues with the used car I bought and he made sure they were taken care of to my satisfaction. Kudos to Albert and the management staff.
