::For 3 months, my power steering was turning off on by itself. I called other dealers, and to no avail they had no clue, or at least not very helpful. A friend and I were going to lunch, and happen to pass by AutoNation, and we just stopped in. I talked to a man in service, and he was able to get me scheduled the next buisness day which was Monday. My service person was Alan, and he is AMAZING. My car has been repaired with no hassle. I will be going here for all my service needs even with this being several miles from my home in Irving the customer service was great.

::Great customer service from beginning to end. The whole car buying process was easy. There was no hassle, my salesman, the financing and service team was great, courteous and very friendly. The car was exactly as it stated online with all the past history and carfax information attached. My son and I are very pleased with car and all the services that was provided. ::Service: I had a fantastic experience Mike at the service department. It was quick and easy which is usually the opposite at a service department. Great communication and easy to use their shuttle. Update: I had to take my car in again for a different reason and I has the pleasure of dealing with Mike once again. Amazing service as before and great attention to detail. Prices for oil change are actually great as well! Update 2: Took my vehicle in again for oil change and some warranty work. My warranty had expired and there were several items (Maintenance) that needed attention. At no point was there any pressure from Mike. He simply told me what was wrong, what was going to be needing to be replaced soon, and items that needed to be addressed ASAP. I have never felt more in control of my vehicle at a dealership service shop.
