  Seriously guys. Look at all of the other ratings for other Honda Dealerships and believe the ratings. I went to a few dealerships and not only did this dealership give me the best price I felt completely comfortable. Car buying is already a very stressful process and these guys did not force me into anything. They listened to what I wanted and worked with me. Kenneth and Eddie are great at what they do and I wish more dealerships had people like them. It would make the car buying process a lot easier and there would be less people with buyers remorse. I’m completely happy with my purchase and I recommend this dealership and both Kenneth and Eddie to anyone looking into purchasing a Honda.

  Honestly, Honda West and Findlay Henderson were SO AWFUL toward me. After having to walk out of both dealerships, I contacted Eddie over at AutoNation Honda and explained to him what I was trying to accomplish. Not only did he meet my price, but he beat it. No hassle, no headache. From the online/over-the-phone service to the finance room, everyone at AutoNation was genuinely helpful and sincere. I couldn't believe it, especially after all the bad experiences I previously had at other Honda dealerships. Thank you Eddie, Leon, and Jude for not being jerks and simply helping my family get into the vehicle we needed! :)

  Once again, excellent service at AutoNation Honda East. I called for an oil change appointment and got in the next day. We arrived early--we live across town and never know how long it will take to get there--but were greeted and helped right away. The service from everyone was pleasant and friendly. Our service agent, Jose, went over our (free) car inspection report and even gave us a complete quote for the new tires he recommended. He did NOT pressure us to buy anything (how refreshing!) Although there are Honda dealers nearer our home, we are willing to travel because the service is so great.

  A very sleek and well layed out establishment. Along with that are amazing staff who consider YOUR needs and tries to work along the lines of it. I never once felt as if it was going towards a 1 sided deal. I was assisted by Joanne Nguyen. A confident yet jolly of a girl. I was greeted with a smile and determination. She’s someone who knows her craft. Very committed individual. She took care of me throughout the entire process, no hassle at all. Towards the final stretch of the agreement, I was then directed to Mr. Carlos Burger. A finance manager. My experience with him has to be one of the smoothest yet. Very informative, very straightforward and very natural. I thank AutoNation Honda for providing not only an excellent vehicle, but also an awesome experience! I look forward to our future ventures.

  Great experience! We reserved the car we were interested in before coming down so there was no fear of it being gone. Tony was AMAZING. He had the car ready for us, he was knowledgeable and very comfortable to deal with!! We never felt any pressure. We would definitely recommend Tony and AutoNation Honda. Two reasons I gave 4 stars instead of 5- the amount of time we had to wait to meet with the finance guy, and the horribly loud country music that played over and over and over both times we were there! Made it difficult to hear our own thoughts! Lol!
