  Just called the parts department. Worst experience ever in dealing with Ford. I talked to Glenn and asked a simple question about a Ford part. The part has a stamp 38270, I don't work on cars that's all I had to go by! So with 30 years experience you'd figure he would have serious customer service skills. But he does not... Made me feel like was bothering his daily tasks. Hope the rest of your staff represents you dealership better!

  Bought a vehicle here and had window tint included as part of the buying "deal." 11 months later, the window tint is peeling horribly and the service department is not acknowledging that the window tinting job was done improperly. Apparently, if you pay for the window tint (around $299-399 if I recall) there is a lifetime warranty, but there is NO warranty on the tint if it was included with the car deal. Window tint should look nothing like this after less than a year and 10,000 miles of use. Pictures were attached to review. I called and spoke with a service advisor who said he would return my call. A week later, there was no response. I tried to call back and could not reach anyone in the service department. I only learned of this caveat on the window tint after speaking with the salesman. Lesson learned - get EVERYTHING in writing from these guys and push for the best deal when buying a car here, then take your vehicle to a REPUTABLE tint shop that offers warranties in writing and stands behind their work. Update 5/7/18 Back window started to peel this winter. I have little faith that the other windows will keep their tint much longer. Additionally the "general manager" response below is a joke. I called to speak with them and had to leave a voicemail. Call was never returned.

  Fantastic staff! Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The vehicle we called about was reserved for our arrival. We somehow got lost in the shuffle when going to the finance department. The finance guy we dealt with apologized and worked out a great deal for us, even better then was originally offered. I can't say enough about what a great dealership this is. We'll definitely be back again. This is the 5th vehicle we have purchased from AutoNation.

  I needed an oil change towards the end of the day and was able to get in and out quickly. Mike was very helpful and personable. I didn't feel like I was just another number. Thanks Mike and service team for a great job.

  I have been experiencing a few things with my car that needed checked out. I was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY LUCKY to find Auto Nation Ford off Bryant Irving Rd. ! Jose Ramos was so helpful and went over and beyond to help accommodate me with a loaner car and give me updates to let me know the status and what to be expected. Everything was very upfront and handled by pro's. Thanks so much for getting me back on the highway and everything running superb now!! I was blessed to have these guys! These best Ford Service Center ever. Go Auto Nation!
