  The only reason I had my vehicle towed her from the shop it was at was because Robin had assured us it would be done sooner then what I was told from somewhere else. So after 3 days of being told tomorrow I go in and ROBIN just looks and says oh it's not ready.....and absolutely nothing after that continues to do everything else except engage the customer right in front of her. Including paperwork typing and answering phones. I literally had to get her attention when I was standing directly in front of. I can't speak for the rest of the staff but in the future ROBIN couldn't pay me to do anything to my vehicle.

  Absolutely horrible customer service in the service department and major price gouging. We will definitely be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau today if we don't have a better resolution. My husband's Dodge Ram truck was towed there Friday at the close of business. We knew with the Easter holiday it would likely be Monday before we had any news. We received an email for a 7am Monday appointment. (Everything seems smooth at this point.) Multiple phone calls Monday afternoon reaching no one. No call backs. Tuesday we are suddenly told the truck needs a new engine and we owe $900 in labor for diagnosing the vehicle. $900 was for determining their is oil sludge in the oil pan which can be determined in a few minutes by taking off the cap to the oil pan and looking with a flashlight. If indeed the problem is as bad as they say it is, there was no need to remove the oil pan to see the sludge. We could have been told of the suspected issue which would result in replacing the engine and asked if we wanted to look further to the tune of $900. It is our hope that AutoNation will honor their poor service and over charging of labor for a simple task. Should that be the case, I will adjust this review accordingly.

  My husband purchased a new 2018 4x4 recently and at first things were a little rocky but this dealership went above and beyond to make our experience the best ever! We first worked with Sonny and he was great! He tried to do everything possible to make us happy and then the manager was able to complete our wishes. Thank you guys for everything and can't wait to by my new car there!

  Auto nation has made sure that my wife and i were completely satisfied with our purchase of a new 2018 Ram 2500 4x4. We had them add a couple options to the truck after purchase and the results were amazing. The management and staff have really made this a very enjoyable experience. We plan on making future purchases with this dealership, they have done everything they promised. Great Dealership, Great People, Great Truck.

  Just bought a new Jeep Compass Trailhawk with Sunny A. Sunny worked with me towards getting to where I needed to be for my monthly payment and, when I said my CU might have better financing to get me to a better payment plan, he was supportive and helpful with helping me close the deal that route while honoring the same negotiated price. I never felt pressured to use their financing options, which was refreshing compared to previous dealership experiences I've had other places. Sunny was very professional and informative throughout the whole process, and even helped out with taking a photo of my lady and I celebrating our new family vehicle! Thanks a ton for making this such an easy process. I feel that I was treated very generously and respectfully. I'll definitely be back in the future and will be recommending AutoNation to others.
