  I have had a service contract on a folding machine with this company for serveral years at the business where I work. I highly suggest not using this company as they are not reliable to show up to do repair work when they say they will and many times the machine they work on still doesn't work very well after they have worked on it. The person that answers the telephone has the worst manners of anyone I have ever spoken to. I will not be renewing my service contract with them again.
