  Chris Howard was great to work with... we looked at a LOT of cars and investigated a LOT of makes and models. Chris was knowledgeable and patient. It was really a very easy process.

  This is a high quality dealer that does not pressure its customers. I felt very comfortable my entire time there. The sales staff was helpful and courteous - willing to listen to me rather than just talk. I'm pleased with my new Volvo.

  If you get Jeff or Mike as your servicing consultant when you bring your Volvo in for maintenance, you're just not going to get any better service anywhere else. They really make the experience and are literally why I keep coming back to this place. They're honest, upfront, friendly, and every single time I'm there they really seem to do their best at a high level to make sure that I leave feeling good about the whole thing.

  I would give 5 stars for the service department (they are fantastic) and two stars for the sales department. My sales agent wasn't bad but management and financial here have basically no grasp on how to run a dealership. I have gotten better service at Chevrolet than I have received from the sales dept at Autobahn. If Volvo is trying to compete with the luxury brands this dealership is failing miserably. If I ever decide to buy another Volvo I will purchase it somewhere else and then bring it here for service. I would love it if someone from the dealership contacted me to ask why I feel this way. There are just too many issues to type into a quick review.

  Can’t say enough good about the entire Autobahn Volvo dealership!! I’ve purchased seven Volvo’s from them over the years. I have only & will always only deal with Mitch Cox. If the deal is remotely possible, he goes the extra mile to get it done. The Service is out of this world. I live in Dallas & originally started shopping at one of the largest/respected dealerships in DFW. They couldn’t come close to the price or the personalized service. I happily make that drive to Fort Worth for all my maintenance. From top to bottom- the entire gang is topnotch. Highly recommend Mitch!! Tell him Michelle sent you 😉
