  Extremely disappointed in this dealership. Bought a 2016 S60 from Colten Thomas in February of 2017. Got a great deal; no trade or other things to hassle over. Went to trade it in January of 2018 and was told the car I bought less than a year prior was worth half of what I paid for it. That's less than 11 months! Paid $30k in 2/17 and was offered $16k. Guess they're not interested in repeat business or taking care of their present customers. His comment was "my hands are tied". No apologies or second tries. Just gave up on a customer. I went to Eddy's Volvo in Wichita and got $23.5k for the car. I was treated with respect, courtesy and they were genuinely interested in helping me. There are better options for buyers than Autobahn Motorcars of Ft. Worth. Do your homework and you'll find the deal on a Volvo you're looking for.
