::Amazing customer service. They really do their best to keep you in the loop. From the moment you express interest in one of their cars, they are all hands on deck. The buying experience itself is very relaxed. First, you get a look at the car, and they will be honest about the faults of the vehicle, be they large or small. After a test drive, they let you park up by the shop and work out the details of buying. They are really easy to work with, and receptive to haggling despite already having very reasonable prices. I am very pleased with my 2006 Ford Fusion!
